If you need to cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event and services provided. Please refer to your contract for more information.
A down payment is required, upon approval of date and time of your event. Once a contract is signed we require a 50% deposit of your total price. This ensures that the time our team spent helping you with your event is covered.
Unfortunately, our equipment will not support a movie night in the rain. We operate when the weather permits.
During this time we do not host drive-in movie showings. While we are in the midst of locating property to do so, keep an eye out for updates regarding this matter.
